1. Service
RoutePilot provides a route planning service for delivery drivers and couriers via the website and app. We reserve the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the service.
2. Account
You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Report unauthorized use immediately via support@routepilot.app.
3. Payment
Payment is monthly or yearly via Stripe. Non-payment restricts access to the free plan. Overage costs are billed afterwards.
4. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for full details. Within 14 days: full refund. After 14 days: no standard refund.
5. Usage
It is not permitted to use the service for illegal activities, overload the system, or attempt to access other accounts.
6. Liability
RoutePilot is not liable for damages from incorrect route calculations, service interruptions, or data loss. Use the app at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, name, logo and content of RoutePilot belong to RoutePilot B.V. Your data always remains yours.
8. Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the court in Amsterdam.
