Create account

Go to routepilot.app/register. Enter your name, email and password. You get immediate access to the free plan with 200 addresses/day.

Create first route

Click '+ New route' on the dashboard. Name the route and click Create route.

Add addresses

Type a postal code + house number in the search field and press Enter. Repeat for all stops.

Set Start & Finish

Click a stop in the list and click 'Start' or 'Finish'.

Optimize route

Click the purple 'Optimize' button. The system calculates the shortest route.

On the road

Click each stop to track status: Delivered or Failed.

How do I add an address?
Type a postal code + house number in the input field and press Enter.
How do I set the start point?
Click a stop and click 'Start', or click a marker on the map.
How many addresses can I enter per day?
Free: 200/day. Pro: 3,000/day. Above 3,000: €5 per extra 1,000.
Does voice recognition work on mobile?
Yes! Via Chrome or Safari on Android and iOS.
How do I optimize the route?
Click the purple 'Optimize' button in the top right.
Can I save my route?
Yes, click 'Save'. Routes can be found on the dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
What if I want a refund?
Within 14 days: full refund. Contact us via the contact form.
