Refund Policy

📋 Our core rule
A refund is only possible if the service has demonstrably not (or barely) been used. Those who have used the service have derived value and cannot claim a refund.
✅ When you DO get a refund
- ✓Within 14 days of purchase AND fewer than 50 stops processed — full refund
- ✓Technical error on our side: app unavailable for more than 24 hours — full refund
- ✓Double charge — refund of the double amount
❌ When you DON'T get a refund
- ✗You have processed more than 50 stops — the service has been used
- ✗After 14 days of purchase (exceptions: technical error or double charge)
- ✗Overage costs — extra addresses already processed are non-refundable
- ✗You "forgot to use" the app — not a valid reason for a refund
📅 Annual subscription
If cancelled within 30 days and fewer than 50 stops processed: pro-rata refund for remaining full months.
Example: €100/year paid. Cancelled after 2 months with 20 stops → 10 months remaining × €8.33 = €83.30 back.

Send an email to support@routepilot.app with: your account email, purchase date, reason.

We check your usage (stops processed, registration date) — takes 1-2 business days.

If you meet the conditions: refund within 3-5 business days to original payment method.
